We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any opened or unopened products and customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from any AM VITAMINS channel to our AM VITAMINS store within 30 days*. If the order was placed in with a guest account, the receipt that customers will receive needs to be returned in the box with the product for the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days (store credit only), unless they are an Awards member in which case the store can look up a customer’s purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item.
If you ordered more than 1 of a specific item, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be sealed. Once your return is received, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
Certain items, such as perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return. Returns more than $200.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a return label and the associated shipping costs will be your (the buyers) responsibility otherwise the product(s) will be destroyed. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we are not responsible for item(s) that do not make it back to us.
*If the item(s) is opened the item needs to be 75-100 percent full. If the item(s) is 50-75 percent full the item will the funded back in-store credit to your Awards member account. If the item(s) is less than 50 percent.
How to make a return:
- Circle the products you are returning on the enclosed packing slip or your receipt. Please indicate the quantity you are returning of each item and reason for the return.
- Pack the products securely in a sturdy package, and include the packing slip or receipt.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-833-262-6261. Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
How will returns be processed for purchases made with Healthy Awards Certificates?
If a return is made that was partially paid with an Awards certificate the return is processed so that certificate is credited first. The remaining credit difference will go back to the original form of payment.
