My son likes it, and since I bought it for him to use as his “soda” in sparkling water, I am pleased. I tried a bit, and it doesn’t taste like root beer to me, more like Dr. Pepper. I might be wrong though as I can’t remember when I tried them last time.
We use liquid stevia for a while now and like it-great in lemonade, in homemade ice cream or gelato, sauces, and anywhere, where we want some sweetness, but not toxicity of sugar.

Root beer stevia. I like using stevia to cut down on sugar. I’ve found this to pair very nicely with root beer tea, which I use to flavor my water kefir. I only add a few drops, to boost my flavor and sweetness.

I love these rootbeer drops. I put a few in plain Perrier or other plain carbonated water and tastes just like rootbeer without all the tons of sugar in regular rootbeer. I’m sharing it with everyone who comes over for dinner.

I was a little skeptical when I bought this, but it was half the price of what the local stores had it for. I found it to be very addictive when I put it in cold water. I drink a lot of water and what I found was this kinda has a, for lack of a better description, a root beer float taste.
It gives me the impression of when you’ve had a root beer float and the ice cream is all melted in your root beer, I’m drooling thinking about it.
It doesn’t have the bite like root beer does but it most definitely has the flavor.

Bought this for my son who is a soda addict, along with a bottle of club soda. He and his girlfriend both loved it. I am a certified health coach and I tell everyone that soda is the worst thing you can put in your body. Even the diet stuff causes obesity! There is no bitter aftertaste that some stevia has. This is the good stuff. I highly recommend.

Like many others have said: there is not much flavor to the root beer one. Glad it’s available, though. My faves are coconut, cola, and vanilla. So why is coconut so coconutty, vanilla so vanilla, etc.? I have no idea why they are but root beer (and cola for that matter) are not as strong. It just is.
I have added Pappy’s sassafras concentrate to make better. Next time I’ll skip this flavor and use pappy’s plus plain or vanilla stevia. Also, all stevia seems to be better with a touch of lemon.

LIKE: Flavor, when added to Seltzer water with ice makes a Very Good and Tasty RootBeer Soda Pop.
On KETO, plus diet pop has been a no-no for me for years with all the bad, unhealthy ingredients.
I suggest putting this SweetLeaf Root beer to taste in bottle of seltzer & then tightly close and refrigerate to get nice and COLD. Then add ice into a glass or Stainless steel insulated RTIC thermos container and Enjoy your Drink!

The root beer is really really good. The bottle is a little costly but it does go. Very long way. To me it really tastes like root beer without the chemical aftertaste of a “diet” drink. Absolutely satisfies my taste for a soda when mixed with sparkling water but with zero calories

If you want to make your water kefir taste like root beer, use raisins for your second ferment. I use about 15 raisins in a 12 oz bottle. I let it get really really fizzy. About 2 or 3 days on the second ferment, burping at least once a day. Then I let it sit in the fridge about a week, burping every other day. When you use this water kefir with the root beer sweet drops, it tastes just like root beer. I haven’t gotten it to taste like this with any other second ferment substance, but if you have, i would like to know!
