Who We Are in 1983, Animal was founded with the birth of Animal Pak, the venerable training “pack” that started it all. Born from the real needs and desires of professional bodybuilders. Animal has grown prodigiously over the decades. Today, as yesterday, the name Animal stands for trust, integrity and a unique no nonsense approach to the game. Animal also represents a group of products that have stood the test of time, proven again and again in the labs, and in trenches where it counts most… The gym and the stage. Dedicated to serious nutrition for the serious athlete, Animal is your choice when it comes to complete and comprehensive supplementation. Animal. The choice of champions. What Animal Flex is Rock solids. No, we ain’t talking about thick slabs of meat that hang from your frame-those are easy to see, simple to assess. We’re talking about your joints, bones, ligaments and other support structures that make lifting possible…The stuff you take for granted, what you can’t see but can definitely feel when there’s a problem. All too often, lifters focus only on building strength without thinking twice about the underlying support structure. Truth is, you are only as strong as your weakest link. If your weakest link are your joints, then you increase the risk of injury and that mean’s you’re out of the game. Now you can’t afford that, can you? Didn’t think so… Our Ironclad Guarantee Animal is dedicated to being the best in the business, no two ways about it. If this product doesn’t meet with your tough requirements for any reason, let us know. When it comes to standing behind our products, we don’t mess around. That’s the truth.
Suggested Use
Dosage: Unlike regular joint supplements, you can only have to take a single daily dose of Animal Flex. Easy. Potent. Effective. As a “core” or foundational supplement, use Animal Flex daily – on both training and non-training days. No need to “cycle” it.

Recommended by my personal trainer years ago. With a bad knee and a bad elbow some workouts were hard to get through and that knee would swell up after leg day. About two weeks after taking these packs everyday I noticed my two bad joints weren’t nagging me as much. Within a couple of months both joints felt like they had before I screwed them up. The knee doesn’t swell up at all anymore – probably since I don’t have the pain which was making me alter how I walked.

This might be best product for what it does which is helping with some joints problem, pain etc. There are many products for your joints health but this one seem to work best. It helps more than others for sure. I tired many and this one brought more relieve.
You have 2 options. First is pills. Many pills and we should stick with pills form. Second is powder which is easier to take. Just mix it and drink but… Powder form uses chemical artificial colors fd&c yellow 5 and 6 which does not help you with anything and doesn’t add any benefits. They should opt for beta carotene for coloring not petrochemicals. Yes it would make it a little more expensive but way better choice.
If you don’t care about chemicals then powder is better way to go if you do you should go for the pills.
When these companies realize that adding extra chemical coloring etc. is wrong way to go. Peopel don’t care what color it is, today people are more health conscious they dont need unnecessary chemical in their stuff. And because of that 3 Stars

I powerlift and was suddenly suffering from weeks of joint pain in my wrists, elbows, and knees. Less than a week after starting these supplements and changing nothing about my routine, I’m almost pain free. Very impressed, the only thing i wish is that were was less pills to take. Combines with my fish oil, creating, and multi vitamins…it’s a lot to take every day. I think they could combine down into less pills per pack.

I’d like to start off by saying I’m amateur bodybuilder and I’ve been lifting weights for the last 10 years. this product provides complete joint health care for the joint and soft tissue surrounding the joint, it is hands-down one of the best joint health supplements I have ever taken. it’s complete there’s no need to buy other supplements to stack with this for joint health everything is in one pack most of the time one pak a day is sufficient every now and again if my knee starts acting up I will take two packs for a couple days and it takes care of it. It not only aids and joint relief but it protects the joint from further damage by lubricating the Cartlidge and soft tissue

I have runner’s knee, which isn’t usually targeted by glucosamine-based products. Glucosamine and chondroitin are intended to help with arthritis, which is a condition within a joint; my issue is inflammation of the ligaments and tendons around the joint.
In my case, the condition has intensified with age. I’ve tried quite a variety of joint supplements with added ingredients to glucosamine and chondroitin to seek relief, and found Animal Flex to be have the only mix of ingredients that helps. When I’ve now and then decided to try an alternative to trim my budget a bit, I’ve consistently wound up regretting the choice as my discomfort returns.
I can’t say that my knee pain is 100% gone when using Animal Flex, but it diminishes substantially – enough that it makes the difference on some days in my decision to get to the gym.
There are other products that other people report help them more, and I have no doubt that they are being sincere. The supplement or remedy that works for one person isn’t always the same that works for another. But Animal Flex is the only one of the many I’ve tried that helps me.

I’ve been taking Animal Flex for a year now. I had a total knee replacement and my other joints have taking abuse from playing college football. These supplements have definitely helped me to continue working out. A friend of mine recommended them after I was dealing with elbow tendinitis, after taking these for about 2 months I started noticing a difference and became pain free. There are quite a bit of pills to take but it really doesn’t bother me at all. I’ve had no stomach issues with taking these, highly recommend for anybody dealing with joint issues.

Love this stuff!
I’ve had to deal with knee issues for the last decade due to martial art injuries. I’ve neglected for the longest time joint supplements just because they come in giant pills only horses can swallow, or you have to swallow down a pill packet of 3-6 pills daily. I have a hard enough time with pills, so I would prefer a powdered form any day but haven’t been able to find a legit joint supplement in powdered form. It’s Orange flavor is actually decent; I just add it to my water bottle daily, and I’m set. I’ve been using it for awhile, and I’m already seeing improvements in my joints – they don’t pop as often, my knee doesn’t lock up and my squat range has improved. Highly recommended.

I have struggled with joint pain since roughly age 22. Luck of the draw as my father has since that age as well and we’ve both lived fast and hard. I am nearing the end of this can and I can honestly say, as I am back in the gym after giving my body a rest, this stuff helps. I have been taking it *almost* every day (sometimes I get busy and forget) and have noticed that typically the intensity and frequency of my workouts right now are right around when I would notice pain in my joints in the past. I have had a little stiffness but not to the degree that I used to. My elbow is a big indicator. Usually I would have trouble shifting gears while driving to work in the morning due to the discomfort. So far so good. My diet and workout routine have not deviated from the norm in a few years.
The downside is choking down 8 pills every day. I’ve never been a fan of popping pills and this stuff has certainly worn out it’s welcome in my morning ritual.
I’m probably going to order another can and get as far as I can through it before I give up and find another joint supplement that doens’t require a mental pep talk.

Animal Flex was highly recommended by one of my colleagues. I was also impressed by the reviews, so I purchased it. Mind you, I tried Animal Flex powder and was quite disappointed – it did nothing. Sadly, this didn’t do a lot more than the powder. FOR ME, it was not too effective. Does it take a couple of months to become effective? I don’t know, but I can say I was not impressed with it after a month of consistent use. Maybe I’ll use it for two months and report those results…but for now, I can’t honestly recommend this product.

I bought the orange and it’s overly orange in both flavor and color. The flavor is almost good but I won’t be purchasing again (even though I like the combination of ingredients) because THIS STUFF STAINS EVERYTHING. They really need to chill on the food coloring. If you don’t instantly wash your mixing cup, it stains. It even stained a metal hydro flask cup from silver to bronze! I can’t imagine what it’s doing to stain my teeth if I used it long term.

I keep ordering because it works. The flavor is good for a potent supplement. I started with tge pill packets and later moved to powder. I mix equal parts of this, Animal Fury and Animal pak powders to make one whiz bang all-in-one pre workout drink.
What i can say is around week 3 of my first container (pills) i noticed my knee pain started to subside. That was enough to get me to order more. By the end of my second container my knee pain is about 75% Gone. And it’s stayed that way for a year now. Now i do get the occasional twinge of discomfort in my knees because im a big guy (6′ 250 lbs) and all i do is walk tread mill so my knees and ankles and hips still receive a bit of a pounding. However i can say with a great deal of certainty that this stuff has made a difference.
RECOMMENDATION: make the powder container red….like the pill container…

A lot of pills to take so if you have trouble swallowing (that’s what $hÄ“ said ) this might not be for you. I got more packs than the container says so very happy for that. The pills have no bad flavor or good flavor they are a bland taste, I only have trouble swallowing 2 of the same circular pills. I just feel it might be the texture of the pill is not gel so it sticks to the back of my throat and tomorrow tongue. Other than that I have no problems with it. Again, it’s a lot of pills but I am happier with the insanely long list of the many different types of nutrients, vitamins, minerals ecc that they contain. So far I researched a lot of different types and I had to try this one , I’ve never been crazy for pills but the conservation and and retention is better in {((MY))} opinion than powder cause If you don’t have the whole fancy blender and buku money for all sorts of exotic healthy juices and almond milk or raw vegan milk , you can just take em with plain water, I take em with my pre workout.

The best joint supplement ever! I bought Animal Flex 2 years ago and my knee, that was bothering me for a long time, doesn’t tingle up until today. So when my wife’s knee started to hurt I bought this immediately. She’s done with the whole course now and ta-da – her knee doesn’t bother her anymore. From my family to yours – if you ever need a join supplement – get Animal Flex.

As a strength and conditioning coach with a MS in exercise & nutrition science I cannot swear by this product enough! It has helped me make my own chronic joint injuries tolerable or even go away completely and has had massively beneficial effects on countless of my clients, many of whom had given up hope of painless movement

This works for chronic joint/muscle pain as others have noted, but even mixed with 10-12 ounces of water, it tastes like a 5 year old tried to make Koolaid. It’s PAINFULLY sweet to the point of being nearly unpalatable, and the nutrition label doesn’t even list the sugar content! I bought the powder because swallowing piles of pills for every need gets old fast, but I’m unlikely to purchase a refill since this shake is adding a load of sugar to my daily routine that’s probably more than I consume in a typical day. Not to mention the strong commercial food dyes, which makes this shake so bright I’m afraid to spill a drop anywhere for fear it’ll never wash out. I really hope the manufacturer gets wise and releases another version of the powder that’s not such a deterrent.
