I have hashimotos. This is the FIRST supplement where I took it and within in days noticed a significant difference. My husband keeps asking me where I’m getting all this energy from. I still require a nap every day but in the evening I’m not as sluggish. I’ve been cleaning and getting things done around the house. Normally I’m doing the bare minimum. I’ve been very pleased with this 2 weeks in and I don’t think I’ll ever go without. I recommend every woman take this. My hair seems to be experiecing some benefits as well. Highly, highly recommend especially for hashimotos sufferers.

I bought these around my 35th/36th week of pregnancy and took 2 a day orally. I went into labor naturally When my water broke at 38w 3days. My baby was out in only 15 minutes of pushing. I had a very tiny less than 1st degree tear. I can’t be 100% sure these pills were the reason for my smooth delivery but I’m sure they helped and I will be getting a bottle for anyone else I know is pregnant. I bought them for the value and the fact they are organic and cold pressed.

My surgeon suggested this to moderate side effects of cancer treatments. I won’t get into specifics. She said it works for some people, and it’s ok to take up to 1000 mg three times a day. These Solgar 1300 mg capsules work fine, once in the morning.
The capsules are somewhat larger than expected but are surprisingly easy to swallow-just have a little extra water.

Evening primrose oil have many uses, I personally was taking them at the end of my pregnancy. If you want to have a fast and easy delivery- I definitely recommend these capsules! They worked like a charm for me with my 2 kids. (Not to get into too much detail, they do soften the cervix). Start taking them at 37-38 weeks and you’ll be all set!

My doula recommended I take this to prepare for my labor and delivery. I believe this and the other products she recommended helped me have a successful VBAC!
At first I took it orally then took it vaginally. I didn’t finish the whole bottle because I had the baby about a week or two after starting doses. I gave whatever was leftover to my friend who was also pregnant and she went into labor a few days later! Helps immensely with effacement. Will definitely buy again if I get pregnant again.

I bought these for fertility purposes. The only thing different I’ve noticed is dry skin on my fingertips. Not sure if it’s related but I drink a lot of water & use plenty of lotion so it’s weird for me to have dry skin. These are pretty big capsules so if you have trouble swallowing pills these may not be for you. I don’t have trouble swallowing them at all. They have a slight smell if you really stick your nose in the bottle but other than that they’re fine.

No more cramps I am so very happy and I do not even take the consistently. My girl has more massive cramps and this has reduced her taking motrin from 6 tablets to 2 a month. She uses this along with crampbark, crampbark works wonders for her

After using this product for more then 6 months, I can say that it works for me. I am using this product to get some sleep due to my menopause symptoms. It helped me to fall a sleep practically every night. I take one in the morning and one at night. It does not make you drowsy or feel sleepy during the day.
Although, that everyone has different sensitivity to to different substances, I would recommend to try this product. You just need to understand, that it really take time before you feel the results. I am glad I did, because the alternative would be some hormonal medicine, and I am very glad I don’t have to take hormones and endanger myself.
