I hate seeing all of the negative commends about these bars. I think they are AWESOME. I have never seen any mold or other foreign objects in my bars, such as other reviewers posted, and they are always the perfect texture. These are the best when you want a sweet treat but are on a high protein (20g protein!) or restricted carb diet (such as Keto- our family counts net carbs, and these bars only have FOUR!). The chewiness, combined with the crunch of the cookies inside, makes these seem like a forbidden treat when dieting. I highly recommend you at least give these a try if you’ve seen the negative reviews. These are awesome, and so are the apple pie and oatmeal chocolate chip bars!
I hope you found my review helpful. If you did, please click the YES button. Thank you!

Quest are the best. High in protein, little to no sugar and carbs and easily some of the best tasting bars out there.
BEST FLAVORS:
1) Birthday Cake
2) Cookies and Cream
3) Peanut Butter Supreme
4) Rocky Road
5) Blueberry Muffin
WORST FLAVORS (do not buy):
1) Vanilla Almond
2) Apple Pie
3) Strawberry Cheesecake
PRO TIP: If you have time warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds. Maybe 5-10 depending on your microwave.

Hide your belts and your shoelaces. It’s questbar time. If you’re trying to lose weight these can be great for meal replacement. After having two over any number of days, you’ll prefer to skip a meal rather than eat another one of these. Additionally, these breakfast flavored craypas have decent fiber content, which depending on your individual digestive tract biome will either turn you into an unstoppable fart machine or get you back to pooping like a normal human and not someone who has only eaten chicken and broccoli out of tupperware for 3months straight. The aftertaste just might have you scouring your taste buds as well, which will also help you lose weight but your tongue probably counts as lean tissue mass so that could be counterproductive.
Also, the ersatz maple syrup will strip dye from clothing so please be careful.
