I’ve done a loooot of research on vitamins, and this brand uses the best type of each vitamin and the right amount. A lot of the extra stuff they put in is just for show (what’s the point of ingesting 0.0001 grams of barley grass or spirolina?). But overall this is great stuff.
I have Crohn’s disease which is part of the reason I’ve done so much research on vitamins.

By following the directions, you will receive a prolonged absorption of essential nutrients without the worry of cross absorption or over saturation. You will have a difficult task finding a multivitamin that contains such a full span of nutrients for this price in this dosage. Highly recommend.

I cannot remember specifically the issue I have, but many multivitamins give me nausea. There is info out there on teh web about it. These gel vitamins are great. No nausea.

I can not eat vegetables because I have “GOUT”. I thought by taking a pill form I would not have any problems. After taking this pill two times a day for two weeks; I had a “GOUT” flare up. I never had a “GOUT” flare up at this time of the year before. I stopped taking this pill and am nursing by painful joint back to health. Dale.
