Giving 3 stars for now, wanted to wait to do any sort of review until I actually had something to report. I’ve been taking these for a couple months now, I bought them for my massive hair loss I was experiencing due to a diet I was on and didn’t take proper supplements. That being said, it worked wonders on my hair.. was losing GOBS of hair in the shower before, now it’s just a few strands here and there. I haven’t noticed any difference at all with my nails.. I will get back to the skin part after taking these a bit longer, (I’ve heard it can take a while longer to see results)
The taste of the capsule is just like you have a vegetable in your mouth (like broccoli or cauliflower?) so as long as you don’t hate those, the taste should be fine.

I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to for this product. I just looked back at my orders and have been taking this for 8 months. I will NEVER be without it! My skin, hair and nails are so healthy looking! My wrinkles are less and my skin Is never dry. My skin use to be so dry and nothing worked to completely relieve the dryness. I can actually go without any moisturizer and my skin is still soft and hydrated. I love love love this tiny little capsule. It took a few months to really notice a difference. I actually take two every day.

I’ve tried other brands that were cheaper and noticed an immediate difference, but not in a good way. My skin became dryer, the wrinkles were more visible, and it took longer for it to heal after a breakout or cut. It’s not like I didn’t give the other brands a fair shake, I tried them for at least 3 months or more, but they just couldn’t cut it. Yes, this brand costs more, but you definitely get your money’s worth. I highly recommend.

I see a visible difference in the plumpness of my skin, when I regularly take the ceramides. Obviously, it’s not a permanent skin fix and you have to continue taking the supplement to keep your skin hydrated.
