I have been using this product for approximately a month. I have been faithfully taking this as directed two tbsp at bedtime (empty stomach),
I am a 47 year old female with a skin condition that leaves my face and body with these ugly sores/marks. I also have two autoimmune diseases I have been successfully trying to reverse with the help of the Paleo diet. This product so far has change my skin for the better! So far my skin has been clear of any spots and I have noticed a Huge difference in tightening my overall face and chest area with no artificial injections! I ordered this because I assumed it was the same formula as the tarte cherry but it’s not thick. It”s watery and taste awful. I still have many left and I was planning to take one per day but I still have like 8 of them left because I have to stress myself totally out in order to stomach the taste. Needless to say I did not add this to my regular routine. I really liked the results of the tarte cherry thick kind but I cant do this. I will not order again. I”ve seen where others cant take the tarte cherry flavor but Its seriously doable for me with no problems but this….this makes me want to gag.

While the flavor isn’t amazing…let me tell you this product is incredible. I have been having sleeping issues for over a year and I’ve tried just about everything. This helps me get the best sleep ever! Also, I am way less hungry when I drink this and have lost around 5 pounds which isn’t much but I haven’t really been doing anything to lose weight besides drink this. Its also nice to know that I’m preemptively avoiding collagen loss. It’s my holy grail.
