I have been taking these for 3 months now & love them! I love that they’re shelf stable so I can easily travel with them if needed. I also love that it’s only one pill per day because I already am taking a prenatal multivitamin (also by Garden of Life) and prenatal DHA. So the fewer pills per day the better! Haha they don’t have a bad taste, don’t make me burp, don’t upset my stomach at all or make me nauseous. I’ve also avoided being sick even though I’ve been surrounded by sick people including my husband & the kids I nanny so I really credit these + sleep to that!

These are great. I had a ton of stomach issues during the second trimester of my pregnancy. I tried cutting out certain foods, but nothing seemed consistent. Since taking these daily, I have had extremely rare stomach aches and they have definitely made a difference. I was recommended this brand by someone very familiar with probiotics. If you’re having any stomach issues, I’d definitely give them a try. (I haven’t had any shipping issues yet with capsules breaking.)

These probiotics are the best! I will continue to use these after baby is born. I think they have a non-prenatal one. When I first became pregnant, I was so “backed up” bc of the hormones and the prenatal vitamins, if you know what I mean. I was trying everything. Eating prunes. Milk of Magnesia. This helped me right away. It not only helped with my digestion issues/getting regular, but it helps prevent yeast infections which are common during pregnancy because of the hormone fluctuations affecting your pH.

I did contact garden of life to ask if this product is vegan since it is labeled vegetarian but no animal ingredients are labeled in it. There response was that some of there probiotics do have lanolin but this prenatal specifically DOES NOT CONTAIN Lanolin so it is safe for vegans and they are working towards changing the labeling

I just had a baby and was looking for a prenatal with probiotic. So far, they are working well and I don’t notice any bad side affects from taking them. Pills are super small and easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I was missing 2 pills out of the 30. For the high price I would expect to get was I purchased.

I accidentally took 2 the first day because my old probiotic was a 2 a day plan…hahaha… well it cleaned me out quickly, so I know these work 🙂

This prenatal has by far been the best supplement I’ve ever taken. Not only does it not make me sick, but it keeps my ph balanced. I bought this because I suffer with frequent UTI’s & needed a product to help balance the good & bad bacteria in my body. I have been taking this since I was 2 months now I’m going on 7 months & have not had not 1 bladder infection. I normally get one once a month. This has been a God send, thank you!

Like others have said. There is a distinct chemical smell. It is a shame, because I do think that it is a good product, just in cheap/toxic packaging.
I did think the same thing about the smell coming from the bottle (and the bottle does smell). But, I did have enough sense to remove the capsules from the bottle and smell the capsules themselves. Unfortunately, it seems like the chemicals are leeching into the capsules. And despite anything labeled “food safe”, for me at least, if it smells like synthetic chemicals, you probably should not consume it.
“The American Academy of Pediatrics has previously noted that the recycling codes “3,” “6,” and “7” indicate the presence of phthalates, styrene, and bisphenols, respectively—so you may want to avoid using containers that have those numbers in the recycling symbol on the bottom. Wagner adds that “3” and “7” also indicate PVC and PUR plastics, respectively, which his study found contained the most toxicity. “

These are great. I obviously haven’t had my gut flora checked, but they seem to work well. My stomach has been much happier since I started taking these. My digestion seems to work better now, and I don’t get nearly as many stomach aches now, and according to my OB these help reduce the risk of GBS during pregnancy and the risk of vaginal yeast infections. Don’t know if it really does the latter, as I’ve never had one, but we’ll see about the GBS next time I get pregnant!

i bought these thinking it was a prenatal with a probiotic because it says prenatal, but when i got it & looked at the ingredients i quickly learned that this is JUST a probiotic, NOT a prenatal. so i’m a little disappointed that i got fooled, but also i should’ve looked at the ingredients on here before i ordered it. but about the probiotic, it’s a good probiotic. the packaging is too much for me. it’s a big plastic bottle not even full half way so to me it’s just a waste.

Recommended by my doc to keep BV and yeast infections away during pregnancy. Gentle on the stomach.

This works great as a probiotic for D-IBS. I’ve struggled my whole life with stomach pains from D-IBS. I finally got pregnant and I ordered these. With pregnancy, many women struggle with constipation. These did not help at all with pregnancy constipation. I’m switching probiotics in hopes to find something that will help with constipation.

BLUF: variable effect given the batch. When it works, it works.
Why I bought it: pregnant without desire for hemorrhoids
Duration: religious daily user for > 5 months
Effect: I am a monthly prescriber. Some months I see direct correlation with improved stool consistency and frequency once starting a new bottle. 2 out of 5 of the months, I saw no effect at all. I have a hunch some of the batches are complete duds (which is not atypical of a non-FDA regulated supplement).
Pill comfort: small, no residual aftertaste/burps, no GI upset
Worth: for $0.50-0.60/day it can be a bit pricey especially with the ever changing monthly prices. Like I noted above, when it works, it works so I have found value in it despite the cost.

These probiotics helped me TREMENDOUSLY! When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to be able to have dairy again. I have Celiac’s Disease and because of that it made me sensitive to dairy. I took these probiotics for a month and when I tried dairy again I had no gas, bloating, pain or diarrhea. I feel SO much better. I also noticed I dont get sick like I used to. I haven’t gotten 1 cold since I started. And that was while being pregnant. I am currently nursing and I must keep taking them. I honestly believe they improve my mood as well. I highly recommend this product!!!!!

I’m ending the first trimester of my 4th pregnancy and this product has been incredible. I started taking it around 5 weeks into my pregnancy because I had severe constipation with my last three pregnancies (think going several days without relief and being in the bathroom for hours struggling). This product has kept me regular and I have an easy bathroom visit every day! I also was medicated for morning sickness with the last three pregnancies and haven’t had to do that this time. I don’t feel 100%, but markedly better this time. I’m not sure if this product has helped with that too, but I am convinced that gut health can affect so much, so I wouldn’t count it out!
