Suggested Use
Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals.

I love this company, great products, clean and pure. I was diagnosed with early gum disease by my dentist this year and he recommended that I use a WaterPik and take a high quality turmeric product daily. I, of course, chose Gaia Herbs as they are one of my favorite companies. I feel a difference. I won’t see my dentist for another few months but I feel that it’s working and will get confirmation soon at my next appointment. Highly recommended!

I’m not sure if this is the best on the market doesn’t have as much tumeric as other brands. Plus it cost $30 or more. The weird thing is that the pills are black? Is this supposed to be this way?

I love this product. On my second bottle now. Has given be energy and helps my body rest at night. Helps me with my headaches and helps boost my immune system. Use to get a cold once every month since Jan 2018 for about a minimum of one week. Used the product and a month in my body has gotten stronger. Would recommend 100% to help boost your immune system.

These capsules include pepper which is supposed to help the body digest turmeric (containing curcumin), which aides in resolving inflammation, such as with allergies and joint pain. This product has been repeating on me, so I need to be very careful to take the capsule in the middle of a meal, to decrease pepper burn. Previous bariatric surgery might be a factor? Turmeric (Curcumin is the tested component) has scientific research behind it. I don’t know if this Gaia product is actually better than Theracurmin, which did not repeat on me and did help with joint pain- AARP magazine reported its helpfulness. This Gaia brand of turmeric came recommended by the ENT (MD). I do recommend circumin, in general, when needed, as it has helped decrease pain, but do not know if this is the best version.

I injured my knee several months ago and was still having pain and swelling. After several visits to the chiropractor and a cortisone shot from the orthopedic doctor, I finally tried this. It is amazing. The inflammation is gone!

Best turmeric supplement I’ve found this far.
I have gout. It has typically taken 2+ months out of ever year from me while I’m in pain laid up on the couch. Thankfully I do sales, so I can at least stay employed during the flare ups.
Between this and tart cherry extract pills, I have improved the quality of my life during winter time (when the gout flares up) by a good 90+. Last year I had multiple instances where I was on crutches for 2+ weeks with joints twice the size as normal and this year it’s been a day or two at a time, but nothing as bad as the hell that gout can truly bring.
Can’t say enough good things about this product. My buddy who got hit by a car at 45 mph at a stop sign and has had back problems the last year finally tried my regiment. He said he hasn’t felt better since the crash and is on the program now too.
I’m far from a doctor, but this product along with the tart cherry pills has shown me back to a great quality of life again. Also, no side effects, so….. Give it a whirl, but always do your own research. I’ve tried a lot of supplements and tried to research this ailment the best I can.
This Brand’s supplements are very well sourced and extracted though. I work for a company who does botanical extracts and we look up to this company as an example of how to operate at a high quality standard. Solid stuff.

very impressed with this product. I broke my 5th metatarsal and was having swelling in my foot. The swelling would get bad at night and I would wake up in pain. So far, since starting this, I have not woken up at night in pain. So far so good. I am taking two pills three times a day.

My doctor specifically recommended this brand (Gaia) and potency (Supreme Extra Strength) for me to take as an anti-inflammatory to help with neck and back pain. I’d been taking various non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), like Aleve and Tylenol, daily for years. Always with food to avoid stomach issues but apparently the doc says that’s still not a good idea. Sigh. So I bought the recommended turmeric and am happy to say it actually works well enough that I’m done with NSAIDs entirely. I do wish there was a way for docs to prescribe these so I could use FSA funds to buy them, since they’re not cheap like NSAIDs, but that’s a pipe dream. All in all, definitely recommend for its anti-inflammatory properties.

i’m sorry to have to say i am a senior…..74 YO. With these capsules i visit my dentist in Tijuana. A lot of walking. I have favorite restaurants i walk to i.e. Mission 19. And, yes, some wild spots i visit……Could i do what i am doing without Tumeric. You gotta be way younger than me to ask such a question….It does make me sneeze……

I had a 1.75″ renal vein thrombosis and it went down to .5″ within four months taking three of these a day and one baby aspirin. No other meds.
Now I take one a day. Before this, I had a very painful frozen shoulder. It went away on its own after about a year. Needed cortisone shots for the pain. (Wasn’t taking turmeric then.) Then fast forward a couple of years and I got a frozen shoulder in my other arm but, because of the turmeric, it never hurt as bad as the first time, I never needed cortisone shots, and it only lasted about six months. If I stop taking the turmeric, the pain in my arm starts in about five days.

My husband and I take these each night, after a few months (along with monthly chiropractic help) my plantar fasciitis is completely gone. I take two a night along with magnesium and Ashwaghanda; I believe this has helped my menstrual cramps to have calmed down as well.
My husband had mild foot and wrist pain. He has noticed a significant reduction in the pain since religiously taking Turmeric at night.

A friend gave me another brand that they could not take and they worked well. When I looked for a replacement and found these, I wanted to continue this supplement. These seem to work great for my knee and back pain. i had stopped jogging completely due to the pain, but now I am back jogging 2 miles about 3-4 days a week with no knee pain. Seems to have worked for me.
