The most important reason I use their soap-it doesn’t dry my hands out in the winter! And it’s eco friendly!
I reuse the old plastic pump bottles, refill w/ Dr. Bronners, add roughly an ounce of vegetable glycerin (bought here on Amazon) and it keeps the pump from clogging & spraying soap in various directions. Win win!!
I was introduced to Bronners back in the 60/70’s…..Still haven’t read the entire label. Lol!

Love the citrus smell for my kitchen. Actually improved the dryness of my skin when we switched from “traditional soap.” We use this all over our house … even in the carpet shampooer.

This is my favorite scent of any castille soap I have tried. It is a nice smell on it’s own but doesn’t overwhelm other essential oils that may be added in mixtures. I get the large size so I can use it for a variety if things around the homestead. Since it is plant based, greywater is safe for most plants. We use this soap to wash dishes, laundry, countertops, floors, and our hair and bodies! This soap has absolutely won me over as a go-to.

Love the non-chemical nature of Dr Bronner’s soaps. I really like this orange one. The lavender and peppermint ones seem to lose their scent & stink a little after several weeks, but the orange has a nice scent. Works great a shampoo and/or body wash – it lathers well & rinses cleanly. After a while, there will be a slight waxy build up under the flip cap, but no biggie. Like the other Bronner’s liquid soaps, the consistency is very thin, but goes a long way.

This soap is fantastic! I use it primarily for washing dishes, and it doesn’t dry out or irritate my skin like most other soap does. It smells divine and doesn’t have a whole slew of chemicals in it like most other soaps do. I am very picky with soaps, since I make my own body soap, and this it’s the best thing I’ve found that fits the bill in the kitchen. It’s not as sudsy as most “traditional” dish soaps, but I find that I don’t need to use as much of this to get dishes squeaky clean. Love it!

I use this soap for my dishwasher. It has completely same performance with the detergent which contains harmful chemicals for our planet. Please change your habits, avoid chemicals, and help to save our planet. Highly recommended.

Smells very citrusy and i’ve been using it as a face wash for several weeks now and the texture of my skin has improved a lot

I really love this soap. My husband and I switched this out for our shampoo about a month ago and our hair feels great. The citrus smell is amazing, and the soap lathers like crazy… that part really pleasantly surprised me. I also love that this is all natural, I don’t feel like I’m putting a ton of ingredients on my body. However, I have noticed that my hair is a bit more tangly than normal so I started using conditioner (never done that before) and now my hair looks healthier than ever. I only give it four stars because my daughter says it dries her hair out, but I have had no issues with that.

I already love Dr. Bronners, it’s been so good for my hair, skin, cleaning methods, and reducing the amount of products in my life. The citrus is a great scent and I love to mix it with the peppermint. My shower is a walking oil-diffuser! Although I can’t help but notice that what I was sent smells weaker than the other Dr. Bronners product I own. I know it’s my own fault for trying to save a few bucks, but it might be a little diluted. The color also looks a bit lighter. Although I’ve never tried citrus before, so maybe the scent is just muted. I’ll add my own oils to it.

I love Dr. Bronner products. They are so effective for literally every single aspect of existence. Washing your face? Cool. Cleaning your bathroom? Cool. Cleaning fruit? Great. Deep cleaning your hair? Lit. A burglar is in your house? Spray Dr. Bronners in their eyes. Highly effective product. Pretty strong too, so be mindful of this for different purposes.

I love the Dr. Bronner soaps. I have now tried lavender, peppermint, and citrus. I wanted to try the citrus for a more “summery scent” and it is perfect. My favorite so far is the peppermint – def a great wake up for a morning shower! I have sensitive facial skin and I can use this as a mild face wash without irritation or break-outs.
twodogscheryl –
This stuff is wonderful! Great hair and body wash. I’ve had the lavender and now the citrus. If is so foamy andr rinces clean. One bottle has lasted me for years! You can use it on everything! Read the bottle.

My body is oily and it remove the dirty oil build from the date and leave my skin fresh. Sound like a commercial, but it is true. LOL
Tumelo Nteso –
Great product that doesnt break me out. I enjoy all the scents even

Love it! Can’t find the Citrus one in stores so I order here. I love the clean scent & it’s an excellent mood lifter also for your pampering, self love needs.

Love Dr. Bonner products. I use this mainly as a body wash. The citrus scent is very light. I look forward to trying the lavendar. It also lathers well, so a little goes a long way. The products can be on the pricey side…but worth it.

I’ve used other castille soap but this is my favorite. Great scent and foams well.

A little bit certainly goes a long way! Love the smell, can’t wait to get the almond scent

Dr. Bronners is a great do-anything soap! We use it for shower soap and it goes a very long way. This bottle between two people lasts at least a month or so. You really dont have to use a lot at all….it is a concentrated soap kind of like dish soap would be.
The orange scent we got smells wonderful and is very energizing.
I wouldnt say this stuff is very moisturizing per-say. You can tell it does moisturize a little, and is far superior to normal laurel-sulfate soaps…doesnt leave your skin dry, but I wouldnt expect it to work miracles.
In my opinion it’s a great value for the price. I have bought other scents and keep another bottle to divide and take it on camping trips in little Nalgene screw bottles. It would be a great soap to take on any kind of trip also, they have just about any scent in a lot smaller bottles. I also use it to clean around the house with occasionally.

I’ve tried the peppermint scent before but always added lemon essential oil to it. I’m thrilled to have found this scent and it is heavenly. I wash my hands constantly, especially while cooking, and this soap leaves my hands clean, soft, and smelling great.

My husband has eczema and stopped using soap. Finally found something we both can use and it is definitely better than all the other soaps I’ve tried. Feel like you’ll be dry once the soap is washed off, but when you’re out of the shower, my skin feels great!
Love that it doesnt have harsh chemicals and that you can literally use it for everything and anything. Only tried it as body, face and shampoo.
Amber Ross –
The smell isn’t very strong, but still an amazing soap! Tip I found, if you dyed your hair & you use this soap in it, it will slowly remove the dye!
The Fallen Angel with a broken Wing –
I originally had a travel sized bottle of this soap which I was using to wash my hands at work. The soap provided by them dries up your hands really bad. This soap doesn’t do that and the amazing scent uplifts your mood. I often catch myself feeling more happy and positive after washing my hands and smelling the wonderful citrus scent. Also during this outage in stores this stuff is a miracle god-send for it’s multipurpose ability. I use it as a disinfectant spray as well by mixing water, a couple drops of the soap, and alcohol in a spray bottle. Especially when disinfectants are non-existent everywhere ! I highly recommend this product and to keep a travel bottle in your bag for us on the go.

I love, love, love this product. I am currently deployed in Kuwait and since it’s so sandy & dusty I feel so icky and dirty after work. This has been my holy grail. I feel so squeaky clean after using. It’s sudds up very nice with onlya little so you don’t need very much. The scent is very nice as well although it doesn’t last long. Great product over all. Highly recommend.

You get all the Dr Bronner’s quality. You can dilute it 10 times which makes it really affordable (1 bottle usually lasts up to 1 year as a body soap for 2 people)
The citrus scent is subtle and not overpowering like a chemical detergent.

The item itself is as described and I’ve noticed that it’s store bought quality after using. Very even scent and I’m satisfied. I would do business with this company again. I just wish their carriers would follow my written directions. Other than that it’s the real deal. 5 stars from a very picky buyer. Thank you.

Ok-fine as a soap, not as effective as one is led to believe reading the internet in combatting garden bugs
R. C. Knaus –
Castile soap is great! Not only does it smell fantastic, very little goes a very long way. It rinses leaving you feeling very clean as well. You can use it to wash your hair also. You can minimize what you need to take to a hotel/motel by only taking a small bottle of this! Replaces body wash, shampoo and shaving cream. Remember, just a little dab’ll do ya!

Its still cheaper to buy through amazon than in the stores here in hawaii so i always order online. I love the smell of this soap and use it to make homemade foaming soap as well as spray for my kitchen cabinets. its citrusy and clean and doesnt have an overpowering smell.

I’ve been looking for a soap for essentially my entire life that can resolve my acne problems without drying the heck out of my skin, or leaving it super oily. This is the product I’ve finally settled on. It leaves my skin just dry enough that a little moisturizer lets me feel good all day while keeping everything clean. Great solution for a problem I’ve spent years tackling.
Kindle Customer –
Great soap. This soap cleared up my acne almost instantly and keeps my face clear. I also feel my skin produces less oil when using this soap. I shower with this and intermittently wash my hair and use the citrus cleanser after shampooing and it keeps my hair balanced and clean. I’ve also used this soap in foaming pump dispensers for hand washing and it works great and is very economical as a little goes a long way. I have used the almond scent as well and that worked well for shaving, shampoo and face wash.
Crys –
I love how versatile and effective these soaps are! Citrus is my favorite thing of all time in every way and this is just so pleasant. I use it for literally everything and it’s so good! Why have 20 different cleaning products when one can do it all and save you space and money? Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
ADK Frank –
I’ve used this product for hair and skin bathing for several years now. Lasts a long time and is gentle.

I love this soap. I use it to clean floors, sinks, toilets, dishes and people. I mixed it with olive oil for the best furniture polish I’ve ever used. There is a residue that is left on shiny surfaces such as fiberglass sinks and showers and stainless-steel sinks. Their website mentions that rinsing with vinegar breaks down the residue. This is true, but I hate that second step. I’ve used this for almost every application I could think of in my house. It doesn’t clean quite as well as your average poison-filled grocery store brands.
Biggest benefit in my opinion is having one cleaner that does it all. Oh, and the Shell is amazing. I mix and concoct my own smells with the different concentrates. My favorite is citrus-peppermint.
I’m not sure if it’s actually safer to use around kids or food. It is made with lye. It does seem pretty natural, but I can’t really prove it.
There’s some crazy crackpot propaganda printed on the label. I guess it’s what Dr. Bronner felt many years ago. They just keep it on the label for tradition and to show him posthumous respect. (That’s what we found trying to research it.)

Best shampoo for my dreads ever thank you smells amazing and it shipped fast will be buying again ♥️

Awesome organic soap! Didn’t work for me though. I have a dry skin problem, and this stuff is the worst. Also, the Citrus scent will make some of your private parts burn
Lindz –
1st use this morning and I’m satisfied.. I got it for body wash and it does weird me out that I can use it for anything but the citrus smell is amazing in a hot shower..woke me up..this will be my go to now
CHAHNA TAILOR –
This is probably my 5th bottle (or higher) of castille soap that I have bought from Dr. Bronner’s. I have tried all of the scents but Citrus is one of my favorites. It smells so fresh and I feel so light and clean after. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Bronner’s. I have used this soap for just about everything. When I was in India, I washed my clothes in a bucket with it. I’ve brushed my teeth with it. I’ve used it as a stain remover, dishwasher liquid, a shoe cleaner, and, of course, as a daily body wash. Some people may find it drying but I live in Florida, so it is helpful. I also combat it with coconut oil as my choice of daily lotion. Btw, if you have not tried Dr. Bronner’s coconut oil, get on it! It’s the best!!!! Smells heavenly. Some people have commented that they do not like the words on the bottle of the castille soap. I, personally, love it. You may not agree with every line, but it is a nice positive reminder that We Are All One. We are all in this together <3
Get it! You won’t regret it. I also love the tea tree, eucalyptus, rose, and lavender. I love the peppermint one but it’s not ideal for showers lol (speaking from personal experience).
