These Digestive Enzymes are really good and this brand has great selection of good quality ingredients I would highly recommend taking these whether you have a good digestive system or need some help to enhance your digestive system .

I take digestive enzymes with most meals to help maximize the nutritional benefits. They are especially beneficial when eating foods that causes gas/bloating like beans, cabbage, cauliflower etc. I will “neve”r buy any other brand but Enzymedica, Digest Gold with ATPro! I use several Enzymedica products & love them all!
Feeling the financial pinch of COVID-19 I decided to order a different brand of digestive enzymes that cost a lot less. I read the ingredients & it appear to have a comparable list of ingredients but no, No it didn’t! I doubled the amount I taking from 2 to 4 then to 6 and they still didn’t work! If you need a digestive enzyme that works? You can take Die gets Gold to the bank! These work so well, You can eat gassy food on a date not have to worry when you get frisky later!

I absolutely love this product. I’ve been using it for years. It’s the only thing that brings immediate relief when I eat foods that my digestive system isn’t a fan of (mainly fodmap foods). I typically recommend this to anybody who mentions being intolerant to certain foods or having general digestive discomfort.
However, the bottle I received must have been a bad batch or was exposed to heat in the mail maybe, because they have an unusual odor and they don’t seem to be working very well at all. My recommendation would be to buy the product in a store that has shipped their supplements in a temperature controlled environment (I usually get mine at Sprouts).
