Suggested Use
Take one serving (1 scoop) of C4 Original mixed with 6 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water or performance beverage such as Cellucor Alpha Amino to stay hydrated. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributed to beta alanine. Use only as directed.

This is probably the best preworkout I’ve had in a long time when it kicks in you feel it working and this stuff will have me drenched in sweat and I usually don’t sweat a lot it also gives me the energy to get those extra reps in.

Works as it should. I get an hour or more of energy out of this pre workout mix. It does make you feel tingly but once you workout or get active it resides. I do however recommend you take it hours before bed time. I took mix after 3pm and by 8pm I was still feeling it on the first week.

Sticker seal on the outside of cap. Inner seal under the cap. Moisture pack to help keep powder from hardening and/or clumping. I took away a star because powder stained my shaker cup. That has never happened with any other pre-work out powder that I have purchased in the past including C4. Fruit punch flavor is okay and you do get tingling sensation minutes after drinking. I get enough energy to go through my workout just fine. I will definitely be purchasing again. I want to try out other flavors too. I purchase other pre-work outs but always find myself going back to C4. That says a lot about the products quality and consistency. I included (5) pictures in this review. That’s all.

FOR VERY SMALL WOMEN TAKE HALF OF THE SUGGESTED AMOUNT!!!! I’m 23 y/o, 5’2 and 97 lbs and taking the full scoop was way too much for me, it made the tingly sensation too intense and was somewhat painful . Even on the days I didn’t take the preworkout i would have that feeling and it was very uncomfortable! I realized maybe the dosage is for a grown man or woman much larger than I am so I decided to take half the amount and it worked perfectly! I felt the tingly sensation only very slightly and during the workout I didn’t feel that it just gave my body more energy ?? FLAVOR WAS GOOD, add some ice cubes if it tastes too strong.

This is my first experience using any sort of preworkout stuff. I don’t drink coffee, so I was looking for something to give me a boost on days that I need it. It works great for that. I fill a coffee mug and usually do one scoop without a problem. Occasionally I’ll drink it down about half way, then add more water with another half scoop. It starts waking me up in less than 10 minutes.
That’s what I did today, and boy did it make me ITCH. I think this had maybe happened before–but not as bad–and I hadn’t made the connection then. I first feel it on the backs of my ears, which is such a weird place to get an itch. Both of them really itchy. Then the back of my neck, down my back, the backs of my arms. It was all on my back not on my front. It only lasts about 10 minutes so it’s not a big deal–just really strange. I don’t think it was tingly for me–just itchy.
I’m going to remember this and probably only do one scoop max from now on. But I still like the product. It tastes like super strong kool-aid and very sweet. I’m not sure how they do that without adding any real sugar. I may try the blue raspberry kind next time, but since I only use this once or twice a week it’ll be a while before I need to reorder.

I’ve tried almost every preworkout I can get my hands on. I keep going back to this one. The flavors are good, the effect is there, and the value is definitely there. If you’re looking for a good preworkout, fair price, with minimal ingredients, look no further.

After about 15 minutes I felt it kick in! Def gave me more energy and I wasn’t as tired doing workouts, even when I paused I kept moving bc I wasn’t fully exhausted or burned out. I took half a scoop after I seen some people say a full made them jittery. You’d probably have WAY more energy with a full scoop, but I definitely recommend starting with half the first time seeing how it makes you feel and add more as you progress if you feel necessary. I got the fruit punch which is quite sweet, surprising that there’s no sugar or calories in this. Definitely picking up a new flavour when I run low. A must buy to get you in the exercising mood and stay in it through the workout.
