Suggested Use

Take one (1) capsule daily, (in the morning) at the same time each day, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner. Must be taken on a full stomach. For best results, take four to eight (4-8) consecutive weeks (1-2 Cycles). A four (4) week break between cycles is recommended.

Bench went up 15lbs in 6 weeks, similar gains in other lifts. No joke. Of course its useless if you take it by itself. I was taking this while taking pre-workout, protein, bcaas, vitamins, and creatine. But this had a major part in the gains I got. Without it, my bench may have gone up 7.5 lbs or less. Noticeably harder muscles within 2 weeks of use.

This product works well. I would just advise you to drink plenty of water while using it. I would catch cramps in my leg muscles when I did not drink enough water. I notice an increase in my strength almost immediately. Everything, my bench, squats, shoulder press, etc. shot up quickly. The downside is that I missed it (could feel the difference) when I stopped taking it.

I did not notice a boost in testosterone in particular, but I did notice that my muscle composition became more solid and that I had gained definition. Not the best product that I have tried, but was delightfully surprised with the hardening results.

There’s nothing in this which is actually a test booster so I don’t know why this works but it genuinely does. I’ve used this on three separate occasions, in which I followed the directions, trained/ate/rested properly and I experienced immense gains in strength and stamina.
