This has become my favorite breakfast shake. It has a refreshing flavor, it is relatively low in calories/high in protein, and has a host of plant based vitamins and nutrients that help start the day well. I like to add two small scoops (1 serving) of

Stevia/Heavy Metal Clean Label Review/ Taste & Texture vs Shakeology-Here’s my opinion for my fellow non-stevia fans. It’s not an overpowering stevia taste. It’s there but in my opinion well balanced with a mild flavor of stevia at the end. Well done in my opinion.
After reading reviews and noticing The Clean Label project I did my research. All though I find it interesting it still leaves questions for me. For one all the products that rated well in this study were whey products. Actually I couldn’t even find a plant based one on the list that rated along side the whey. There’s still many questions to be answered in regards to this. So I decided to give it a go and keep following the topic.
I love shakeology but can’t help to feel, as many others, upon staring at my cart, totally $150 for one month- of which I need to wait up to 7 business days to receive, is such a racket. Great product, way too over priced. And in my research I couldn’t find any data that shakeology has been tested for the heavy metals.
I find the taste (mixed berry) just fine. Texture similar to shakeology. The consistency a little bit thinner than how Shakeology whips up. So I’ll probably compensate with other ingredients as I like my shakes thin. Will update on how it impacts my well being after I’ve had time to consistently use it.

I’ve been using this for 3 weeks and I’m about to order another container, but I’m going to try the organic vanilla next. I use this as a supplement and try to boost the calorie count to over 500 calories without using milk or sugar. I use the unsweetened almond/coconut milk, almond butter, a capful of vanilla extract, a medium to large banana and honey. I blend it for at least a minute and I have a frothy vanilla smoothie with a nominal amount of sugar. I’ve tried milk but it’s too hard to digest and I fall asleep 15 minutes after consuming the milk. If anyone has any suggestions on how to boost the calories higher, I’d appreciate it. The goal is to turn this shake into 600 0r 700 calories per 12 oz.

I have been using this product for daily smoothies for about two years. Always the same great product and delivery. I started out mixing with froze fruit but have graduated to just mixing it with water and a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vingear

Delicious! I use one scoop and 2-3 cups of cashew milk. Otherwise it’s too think and grainy. This is the only protein shake that doesn’t have that weird flavor. Been using this almost every day for 5 years!

At first, the green tinted color of the Vega All-In-One shakes was off-putting. I tried the chocolate first. I did not like it and had to drink it because it was pricey. I did not want to waste money. My taste buds and brain grew to crave it. Green chocolate shakes became ‘good’. I switched flavors. I now buy the Chai. For a morning caffeine fix, I add a tbsp of matcha powder to my shaker. I drink this Chai/matcha shake on my way to work at 5:30am. If I don’t drink it fast enough, the shake gets kind of sludgy at the bottom. Sometimes I add a little more water, mix and drink. Sometimes I chug down the sludge. This shake satisfies me until I have a late lunch around 2pm. I believe that the nutritional benefits of this product far out weight a breakfast full of sugar or even more processing/ingredients for shake consistency. I’ve been drinking this shake for about 6 months and will likely continue because it fits my lifestyle. I actually feel very energetic and focused all morning long. Why give up that benefit.

I love everything about Vega All-in-one vanilla and chocolate protein powder. I’m not vegan but this completes my post workout and it substitutes my breakfast. If I’m home, I usually blend the vanilla flavor with fruits or use a shaker with Almond Milk. Before this quarantine, I just used filtered water for the vanilla and chocolate if I’m on the go. The chocolate powder blends well with any nut butter and bananas and/or strawberries. The best part about this protein powder because of its nutrients is, it gives you a good amount of energy afterwards.

I started using the berry flavored shakes about five years ago primarily for the nutritional benefits, because I wasn’t getting enough fruits and vegetables in my diet due to (I need to change the subject for a minute)the health problems I have,I was put on heavy duty painkillers that totally destroyed my teeth so I had to get dentures and we know how that goes, anyway I found my hair, that is usually very thick becoming thin and brittle.I started using this product and now not only is my hair back to being thick but it’s in the best condition ever oh and I’m sixty three and my hair is growing longer than I have ever been able to grow it and fast,I mean down to my rear end long I can practically watch it grow no kidding,My daughters are so jealous they’re now trying the shakes.!!!as an added bonus I have lost twenty pounds drinking a shake every night for dinner. Love Love Love this stuff don’t ever change it!! Sincerely Kerry McConnell

I like to eat non-processed food. I rarely use powdered manufactured products. I believe in getting your nutrition from organic produce etc. Having said that, when I first tried this drink, the powder aspect of it, wasn’t pleasant but I felt good after drinking it. Next day, I made the drink, with some juice and a banana. It was more pleasant and I felt good afterwards. The 3rd day, made the drink with juice and a banana again and I have got to say, I not only felt good but I got an emotional high off of it. I felt sooooooooo good and happy. The next day, I ate something else for breakfast and didn’t get the emotional high. The 5th day, had the drink, and blended an orange with it and later in the day I was feeling good.
So, I highly recommend this product, it gives you so much nutrition, it just makes me feel good and perhaps, I can look forward to that emotional high again. I don’t believe in taking drugs recreationally but I will drink this product. 🙂

This is a large container of vegan protein powder. I wish I had bought a smaller sample first. This product leaves me with a strange aftertaste in my mouth after consuming. I tried blending with a spoon, a smoothie machine, and with a Magic Bullet, and no amount of mixing changed that taste.

I have ordered this several times. I love the ingredients, the taste, and the lack of fake fillers. It isn’t as “creamy” like a whey or casein protein, so I just add a banana or a dab of Greek Yogurt to get the texture I typically prefer. I do mix it in my Ninja with a little ice and almond milk (and banana or Greek yogurt). On the go, in a shaker with just water…it isn’t my favorite. Just putting it out there in case that may be what someone is looking for.

Flavor isn’t bad, I can mix it with just water and it’s quite alright. My really good blender can’t work out the microgrit, so I usually cough once or twice while I drink it. That being said, most of these give me a stomach ache and this one does not-so I am happy to keep buying this product to see how it works for me long-term. As part of a new diet, I’ve lost quite a bit of weight with this.

I am one of those who has a hard time eating in the morning. So I started putting a scoop of this in my coffee every morning – Im a freakin genius! I get my coffee, don’t need creamer anymore, get tons of vitamins and nutrients, and stay full until lunchtime!

I can’t eat dairy because of some digestive allergy but I make green juice every morning and need some protein. This is the best protein powder because the ingredients are easy to discern and they are all things I would eat otherwise. I sometimes don’t feel like eating dinner and I just blend this up with water and chug it for a little nutrition so I don’t wake up feeling weak and light-headed. This has been a staple for me for years now, and I highly recommend VegaOne and all their products. This one works well for me because the stevia in the powder offsets the truly terrible taste of blended broccoli and kale in my morning smoothie.
