This whole anti-aging collection is a god send. I am in my thirties and my skin became much more sensitive in the last few years. I wanted to make a switch to more natural products. I tried Simple, Oz Naturals, Burt’s Bees, and some smaller brands before trying Andalou. This is the best my skin has looked in years. Softer, more moisturized, less prone to breakouts. I have been using this cleanser with the day lotion, night cream, and lip balm. I would absolutely recommend this brand.

This has been the only cleanser I’ve used that doesn’t feel like it totally strips or dries out my skin. It is milky/creamy and does the job without stripping moisture. A little bit goes a long way and it lasts me a while. Ever since I started using it I haven’t tried another cleanser. Also love the non-toxic fair trade ingredients, and that it’s cruelty free.

I have found this cleanser to be very pleasant. It does not leave my skin feeling stripped. Instead, it feels healthy and moisturized. I will say that I have not had good luck with this actually removing makeup so I use this as my second cleanse after I use a makeup remover of some kind (sometimes a cleansing balm if I wear heavier makeup, a gentle foaming cleanser if I wear lighter makeup, or micellar water if I don’t wear any makeup). It has a very mild but pleasant scent that lends itself to the apricot, very natural. It has a great creamy texture that does not lather and feels very soothing.
-1 star because it does boast its makeup removing efficacy however I did not experience that personally.
Overall a very hydrating, gentle cleanser with a great list of natural and effective ingredients.

I was specifically looking for a thick creamy cleanser. This is a very light cream. I am comparing it to Yes to Carrots Cream Cleanser which is a very thick cream. For me, that’s been the best cleanser I’ve found for my Clarisonic. I have sensitive skin and use the cashmere brush head. Typically, other cleansers aren’t thick enough to protect my skin, or but the Yes to Carrots is a nice thick cream.
Also, I was always able to remove all my makeup with the Yes to Carrots Cream Cleanser+ my Clarisonic. But, when I use this Andalou + Clarisonic, there is still makeup left over and I end up using an oil on a cotton ball afterwards to get rid of the left over.

This is by far the most incredible facial cleanser I have ever used. Cleansing is the most important step in facial care & cream cleansers are ideal for your face. because it is not harsh. This cleanser does the trick to remove my stubborn makeup, I simply do a double cleanse, 1st with a soft sponge then the 2nd time, with my fingers. Longing to try this brand’s other cleansers but the scent in this one is addictive & amazing! From the packaging to the product, it is perfection. The price – definitely worth it. Finished half of a bottle within 1 month, because I just want to wash my face all the time now lol. Already made my 2nd purchase! Overall, this product is dope!

I ordered this cleanser because of the anti aging ingredients, and I was looking for a gentle non foaming cleanser. I use it in the morning to wash off my heavier moisturizer and to get my skin ready for my morning routine and makeup if i’m wearing it that day. It does not strip your skin, and the milky consistency leaves your skin feeling soft but clean. I find it does not work well to remove makeup for me, but using it in the morning that’s not a problem. It’s also good for your second cleanse if you are using a heavier oil type cleanser to remove your makeup first.

Well, Amazon had a deal on some face Vitamin C serum that wreaked havoc on my face. I ended up buying this face wash and I also bought the day moisturizer (SPF) and the night cream. They brought the moisture back to my skin and repaired the itchy, dry, scaly skin that the serum did. I exfoliate twice a week with St Ives because though this face wash is great..my skin needs a good scrubbing once in a while. With this regime my face has been more supple, soft and youthful. Very Happy.

First of all, I love this cleanser. I got a sample of it in a subscription box (Yuzen) and HAD to buy a full size option.
I have combination skin with a tendency to get acne when I’m stressed, menstruating, etc. I had been having problems with fine bumps on my forehead and acne on my neck for the last few weeks and I couldn’t figure out why. When I started using this cleanser I just liked it because it didn’t make my skin sting and it smelled DIVINE. I was using it twice a-day, alone in the morning and used with an acne cleanser in the evening. Slowly, over weeks, the bumps and acne started to disappear. I’ve figured out now that I was over-exfoliating my skin and using this super gentle milk cleanser was helping hydrate and repair it.
This does not have any typical acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acid, BUT I think if you’re like me and already use lots of acne products it might help to have a more gentle cleanser.
Sidenote: This does NOT take make-up off very easily. I only wear mascara and I have to gently scrub to get my mascara off but how hydrated my skin feels after using it makes it worth it. If you wear heavy make-up, you’ll probably need a more heavy duty cream cleanser like Ponds.
