I haven’t been getting sick since taking these. Everyone else is coughing and sniffling. So far I feel fine. Update. Got sick but I had stopped taking these. Just ordered some more and with prime got them the next day. I was taking another vitamin C soft gel but it was really working. Took these and the next day which is today, I am feeling so much better. Have to keep these in stock.

I got this to replace the brand I got from CVS. Garden of Life usually always has good ingredients and this one is one of the best if not best vitamin C out there. I did my research and went to sites that test the ingredients and effectiveness. While all the others I red about were in the60 percent this one was rated 92% i got this for 14.69 on amazon prime but its also 12.59 on swansonvitamins dot com and they usually have a 20% off coupon but you need to get $50 purchase for free shipping but then again they sometimes have coupons for free shipping. Either way amazon or swanson is a great place to buy this.

I’ve been using these for 3 months since my daughter was born. With the flu season being as bad as it’s been, I take these to boost my immunity and this passes through my breastmilk to my daughter to help her as well. We haven’t been sick! No flavor & easy to swallow.

I can tell the difference between ascorbic acid and natural vit C. I am on chemotherapy and my white count is 2.5. I am very pleased with mucous membrane and immune effects when used with L-lysine.
Recently the grand kids had running noses, all the adults caught this cold but me. I’m so glad I Take my L-lysine and vitamin C daily

Keeps my immune wall up and fighting. I like how it is more natural and raw. The store bought Vitamin C pharma make my face breakout, so I know this is good product because how my body reacts to it. I will continue to be a faithful customer, because this company keeps their word. Gives me peace of mind during the Coronavirus outbreak.

I appreciate it when vitamins are made from “whole foods” rather than chemicals made in a laboratory that are very unnatural for the body to process. I would have preferred it to have been “organic” but being manufactured from whole foods is far better than synthetic…..

My local health foods store (decade ago) gave me a copy of the book written by one of the “Garden of Life” founders, Jordan Rubin. The science behind what they’ve developed is sound, based on my college experiences & subsequent studies. They managed to commercialize a process, bringing to market what I consider is the highest quality line of natural supplements I’ve found. My local store is going out business, can’t compete with online retailers. So I was grateful to find & subscribe to regular home shipments of this, the B complex, and their “50 & older men’s” probiotic formulas. I take them daily. Ain’t cheap, just solid value for top notch products.
